If you believe you have experienced or witnessed discrimination while accessing services or interacting with Guiding Paws & People, we encourage you to report it. We take all concerns seriously and are committed to responding promptly and appropriately.

All grievances are reviewed in a timely, confidential manner. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment and strictly prohibit retaliation against anyone who submits a grievance in good faith.
